  • For crossing power lines, highways, railways, etc., the span shall be shortened as much as possible, the towers on both sides shall be raised, and the crossing objects shall be as close to one side as possible, so as to create favorable conditions for network closure. If necessary, local reinforcement or additional hanging holes shall be carried out for the poles and towers in combination with the needs of crossing and network closure and the rationalization suggestions of the construction unit.
